Custom recipe wrapper for weigh and dispense

We authored a recipe wrapper for the Weigh and Dispense module which the operator launches by clicking a hyperlink in the work instruction. When the Weigh and Dispense window pops up, its minimized. The first thing the operator does it to click the maximize button which generates this error message:

The error isn't impacting any other functionality, so it's just a nuisance.
Unfortunately, it's only happening consistently on their production environment, so we're thinking it's a Windows environment setting.
We're on Syncade Version 6.2.1, IE 11.

Any ideas on what may be causing this?

Were you trying to attach something? If so, doesn’t look like it attached.

I’m wondering how someone got the initial link in question?

Maybe you can reference the scripts, css, and standard behavior’s used to typically ensure the page pops and incorporate them into your custom dialog?

Hmmm I think the hyperlink needs to contain the right metadata so it's opened in the exact window format you're looking for. Perhaps you've tried this already? Will look for an example
