Syncade - Stalled Transitions

How to eliminate stalled transition issue for Syncade? Currently we have ~200-300 stalled transition on a monthly basis. We are evaluating recipes for configuration issues at Transitions.
Can we use Fiddler to determine the root cause?

What version of workflow and what hotfix number is the system at? I believe Emerson released a hotfix that added the ability to automatically try and recover from such a scenario.

I wonder if you can look at historical start/end times times to determine the time frame in which a problem was introduced or to develop a pattern.
