My name is Andrew Smith I have around 25 years of professional experience in the IT industry and 18 working in the MES space with Syncade MES. I spent approximately 16 years of that time working for Emerson as a software tester, network administrator, and ultimately a senior advanced services engineer doing customer facing project work & providing advanced level support. I currently work for Bristol Myers Squibb as a senior manager of the global platform team.
